Is NeoForma free?
Yes. The free version is a complete art tool — a starter set of shapes, palettes, motion, live animation, and image export. There are no ads.
What does Pro include, and how much is it?
Pro is a single one-time purchase (no subscription). It unlocks every shape and math mode, unlimited saved scenes, high-resolution image and video export, watermark removal, advanced color and effects, and full-screen mode for projection or a second display.
I bought Pro but don't see it. / I got a new device.
Open NeoForma, go to the Pro or Settings screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your one-time unlock is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores for free on any device signed in with the same account.
Is it a subscription? Will I be charged again?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase. You are never charged again.
How do I export my artwork?
Use the export or share option inside the app to save a still image. With Pro, you can export in high resolution and record video.
Where are my saved scenes?
Your scenes are saved on your device, and — if iCloud is enabled — synced to your personal iCloud account so they follow you across devices.
Does it work offline?
Yes. NeoForma runs entirely on your device and does not need an internet connection.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple, not us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and request a refund for NeoForma.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes its data from your device. To remove synced content, open iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud and manage NeoForma's data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What devices does NeoForma support?
NeoForma runs on iPhone and iPad on iOS/iPadOS [minimum iOS version] or later.
