Privacy Policy

1Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how NeoForma handles information. It applies to the NeoForma app on Apple platforms (iPhone and iPad) and to visitors of our marketing website. NeoForma is a general-audience app and is not directed to children (see Section 9).

2Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum.

Content you create. Your scenes, presets, and exported images or video are created and stored on your device, and — if you use iCloud — in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this content. If you choose to share a scene, that content is transmitted through Apple's iCloud service to the recipient you select.

Purchases. The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment. We never receive or store your card number, billing address, or other payment details. We may see anonymized, aggregate sales information provided by Apple (for example, total number of unlocks).

Diagnostics and analytics. If you opt in through your device settings ("Share with App Developers" / "Share iPhone Analytics" in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share aggregated, anonymized usage and crash statistics with us via Apple's standard App Analytics. This data does not identify you personally. We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

What we do NOT collect. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos library, health data, or any advertising identifiers. We do not require or offer accounts or sign-in.

3How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to:

• provide and operate the app and its features;
• process the one-time Pro unlock through Apple;
• understand aggregate, anonymized usage and fix crashes so we can improve the app.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4Tracking

We do not track you. NeoForma does not follow you across other companies' apps or websites, and it contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Because we do not track, the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

5iCloud and your creations

If iCloud is enabled on your device, your saved scenes and shared content are stored and synced through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) under Apple's terms and privacy policy. This data resides in your own iCloud account. You control it through iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud, where you can review, manage, or delete it. We act only as the app developer and do not independently store copies of your content on our own servers.

6Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third party involved in normal operation is Apple, which provides the App Store, in-app purchase processing, iCloud storage, and aggregated analytics as described above. Apple's handling of that data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information only if required to do so by law, regulation, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.

7Data retention and deletion

• On-device content is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device.
• iCloud content is retained in your iCloud account until you delete it via iOS Settings or by managing the app's iCloud data.
• Because we do not hold personal data on our own servers, there is generally nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. If you have questions, contact us at info@hyper4.art.

8Security

We rely on Apple's platform protections — including device encryption, sandboxing, secure in-app purchase processing, and iCloud security — to help keep your information safe. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but because the app collects no identifying personal data, the associated risk is very low.

9Children's privacy

NeoForma is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information and requires no account, it can be used without providing personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at info@hyper4.art and we will address it.

10International users and data transfers

NeoForma is available worldwide. Any limited data described here is processed through Apple's global infrastructure and may be handled in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the protections Apple applies to iCloud and App Store data.

11Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, or to object to processing. Because NeoForma does not collect information that identifies you, we usually hold no personal data to act on. You can still contact us at info@hyper4.art with any request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

European Economic Area & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). Our lawful bases for the minimal processing above are: performing our contract with you (providing the app and processing your purchase) and our legitimate interests (fixing crashes and improving the app using anonymized data). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Other regions (including Canada's PIPEDA, Brazil's LGPD, and similar laws). We aim to comply with applicable privacy laws in the regions where NeoForma is offered. Contact us to exercise any rights available to you.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated version on this page. Significant changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
